This document defines the visual language used across all Hauzzi
communications — from the institutional brochure to proposals,
pitch decks, and client-facing materials.
Every element here — color, type, spacing, imagery — comes directly
from the Hauzzi brochure and should be reused without modification
across all brand touchpoints.

Color Palette
The Hauzzi palette is built on two neutrals — a deep ink and a warm
cream — balanced by a single gold accent. Restraint is the rule:
never mix more than three tones on one page.

Typography
The entire Hauzzi identity runs on a single typeface: Sanchez.
One slab serif, used for both titles and body — no secondary font.
This restraint is what gives the brochure its editorial consistency.

At Hauzzi, design is never separated from engineering, and execution is never outsourced to chance.
— Titles always in UPPERCASE with 1–2px letter-spacing.
— Body copy in sentence case, never justified.
— Use italic sparingly, for emphasis or pull-quotes only.
— Line length: 40–55 characters for body paragraphs.
— Never pair Sanchez with a second font.

Imagery
Photographs are always presented full-bleed inside sharp
rectangular frames. Never round corners, add
borders, or apply filters beyond light color grading.

Landscape — 4:3Hero shots, full environments
Portrait — 3:4Detail shots, textures
Treatment Rules
— Sharp edges only. Zero border-radius.
